Ranna is a 19-storey complex incorporating 23 units and several social and common areas such as a private cafe, private movie theatre and swimming pool. Its two blocks were designed so that the north block, despite being located beneath the ground floor, receives light from three directions. The arrangement also ensures that every unit benefits from ocean views and, in the background, a view of the large forest. Every unit in this complex has its own unique plan, ensuring that different tastes can be satisfied – yet each one features a balcony of at least 100 square metres, providing amazing views of the Caspian Sea. The complex also includes duplexes and units, each with their own swimming pool or 300-square metre balcony. Despite the extraordinary form and structure of the project, no columns can be seen in the facade.
